About the Role
Careem is expanding its super app offering in KSA with the launch of Careem DineOut – a Food & Beverage (F&B) discovery engine helping customers explore Riyadh’s top restaurants and save when dining in. We’re on a mission to be the go-to platform for dining in the city, adding features like reservations and loyalty.As an Operations Intern, you will play a hands-on role in supporting day-to-day execution, ensuring our restaurant partners are onboarded smoothly and that backend processes run like clockwork. This is a high-impact internship ideal for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of operations in a fast-paced tech company. What You’ll Do
- Support partner onboarding: Collect and validate partner documents, menus, and bank details; ensure timely and accurate data entry into internal systems.
- Maintain restaurant content: Help ensure partner restaurant information (offers, timings, images, menu) is always up to date on the app.
- Coordinate with Sales & Ops: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless handover from signed partner to live status.
- Track performance & issues: Monitor partner performance and flag operational issues (e.g. invalid redemptions, offer mismatches) for resolution.
- Improve internal processes: Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in the onboarding or listing process and suggest improvements.
- Conduct QA audits: Occasionally visit restaurants or check listings to validate offer quality and compliance.
Performance Metrics
- Turnaround time from signed partner to live.
- Accuracy of data entry & listings.
- Number of issues proactively identified and resolved.
- Responsiveness to ops-related tasks and support requests.

- Professional Working Fluency in English and Arabic.
