We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised professional to take charge of contract management and CRM system integration across multiple departments. The Contract & CRM Operations Manager will oversee contract lifecycles using a CRM system (Zoho), optimise workflows, manage standard contract templates, and provide guidance to internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimisation of our CRM system (Zoho).
- Manage the full contract lifecycle— tracking and maintaining contracts across departments.
- Maintain and improve standard contract templates to align with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Monitor critical milestones: contract expirations, renewals, and compliance deadlines.
- Oversee CRM workflows, automations, and reporting to enhance visibility and performance tracking.
- Train and support internal teams on CRM best practices and contract compliance protocols.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field ( required).
- 3–5 years of experience in contract management, legal administration, or procurement.
- Prior experience implementing or maintaining a CRM system ( Zoho or similar CRM system).
- Familiarity with contract law, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong understanding of contractual principles and regulatory requirements.
Proven success in CRM system deployment and user adoption strategies.
Exceptional attention to detail and documentation management.
Analytical thinker with a talent for identifying workflow inefficiencies and risk areas.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional communication, and internal training.
Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office :
- Located in Cape Town, South Africa
- Please note you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement - at least 2x a week in the office
