Unicorn Role Overview:

We are actively building our talent pool of Operations Specialists to match with upcoming client opportunities. This is an evergreen position, meaning we are constantly screening highly organized, process-driven professionals who excel at keeping internal operations running smoothly. If you thrive on structure, love building systems, and have a passion for keeping teams and tools aligned, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and improve internal processes and workflows

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between departments or teams

  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal resources for consistency and clarity

  • Track operational KPIs and generate reports to support business goals

  • Help onboard new team members and ensure alignment with company processes

  • Work closely with leadership to execute strategic initiatives

  • Liaise with vendors, external contractors, and service providers

  • Support light HR, finance, or project management tasks depending on client needs

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles

  • Proven ability to streamline workflows and implement efficient systems

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Able to juggle multiple responsibilities while staying highly organized

  • Comfortable working independently and proactively

Tools You’ll Use:

  • Project Management: Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar
  • Documentation: Notion, Confluence, Google Workspace or similar
  • Communication: Slack, Zoom, Gmail or similar
  • CRM or Ops Systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, Airtable, or similar

Time Commitment & Schedule:

  • Full-Time or Part-Time

  • Schedule: TBD based on client needs (Typically U.S. Business Hours)
