OVERVIEW
We are searching for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist (with fluent English skills) to join our Account Management team full-time. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world.
The Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our company’s daily operations, primarily working alongside the Senior Account Director. This role emphasizes process automation, data analysis, and operational optimization. The Operations Specialist will streamline processes and provide actionable insights that drive team performance and client success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and maintain automated workflows using Zapier to streamline Account Management operations
• Gather and analyze key performance metrics, including client retention, campaign performance, and response times
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to track operational efficiency and team KPIs
• Model and manipulate data in Google Sheets to provide actionable insights for the Account Management team
• Monitor and optimize existing automations to ensure consistent performance and reliability
• Collaborate with the Account Management Director to identify process improvement opportunities
• Support the Account Management team with data-driven recommendations and operational insights
• Maintain documentation for all automated processes and reporting procedures
• Conduct the first round of interviews for Account Manager candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or process automation
• Hands-on experience with the Zapier automation platform
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including: Data modelling and analysis, Formula creation and pivot tables, Dashboard creation and visualization
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot automation issues
• As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Organized, administratively strong, great time management, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset
Technical Requirements
• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting
• Experience with Zapier or similar automation platforms
• Familiarity with AI processes
• Basic understanding of data modelling principles
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and KPIs
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with other automation tools (Make, Microsoft Power Automate)
• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing platforms
• Basic SQL or database query experience
• Experience with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau)
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics and client success principles
• Familiar with Wishpond’s ecosystem
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• It is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, and headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection. This position may be required to download and utilize the company software
• The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours based on the Pacific Time Zone
• Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds, including conducting employment references, criminal record, and credit checks
• Once hired, the successful candidate must provide valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address as part of their onboarding process
