Wishpond Technologies currently has the position of Client Account Director available, and we’re excited to tell you about it!

OVERVIEW

We are searching for a Client Account Director (with fluent English skills)  to join our fast-growing and well-established team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position and ideal for individuals who want to cherish success and be an A player with a CAN DO attitude! The Client Account Director role at Wishpond combines in-depth knowledge of all of our marketing tools and channels into a comprehensive, actionable marketing plan that guides the execution of client campaigns. The Client Account Director is also responsible for leading and coaching a team of up to 8 Client Account Managers and 100+ active accounts. This means our Client Account Directors are hyper-organized, superstars at time management, and able to offer exceptional guidance and leadership to their team. They also ensure that every Wishpond client is provided with exceptional service by their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Utilize strong Digital Marketing and Wishpond knowledge to develop comprehensive marketing plans for clients

• Set online marketing strategies and KPIS that utilize all tools and channels, including emails, analytics, social and paid media

• Investigate client’s competitor campaigns and understand best practices to inform online marketing benchmarks

• Identify opportunities to use digital technology to enhance the overall marketing strategy and performance

• Recognize which digital marketing communication tools will be most effective in portraying a unique value proposition for your client

• Assess campaign performance and coach Client Account Managers to ensure constant success

Interpersonal and Leadership Skills

• Strong team & relationship building skills; ability to build a cohesive and engaged team

• Ability to manage conflict (identify conflict and have foresight on how to resolve it)

• Critical thinking

• Ability to lead under pressure and respond to changing work situations

• Outstanding communication skills (ability to convey information effectively)

• Exceptional communication skills both internally and externally and at all levels of management - in person, on the phone, and through email

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• It is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, and headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection. Certain roles will be required to utilize and or download company-approved software.

• The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours on Pacific Time

• Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds including conducting employment references, criminal record, and credit checks.

• Once hired, the successful candidate must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address as part of their onboarding process.
