Location: Remote

Working Hours: 10 to 20 hours per week (Part-Time)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). This role requires a strategic thinker who can create and execute paid media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple ad accounts across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Ad Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and X (Twitter Ads).
  • Research and identify target audiences to optimize ad performance and reach key demographics.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Set up, monitor, and adjust campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure campaigns align with the company’s brand voice and marketing goals.

Budget & Performance Optimization

  • Manage ad budgets across multiple platforms to ensure efficient spending.
  • Continuously track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Leverage bid cap strategies for cost control while scaling campaigns effectively.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and X Ads Manager to track performance and generate insights.
  • Create detailed reports on ad performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Creative Collaboration & Testing

  • Work with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.

  • Conduct audience and market research to inform ad creatives and messaging strategies.

  • Utilize dynamic creative testing to refine ad copy, visuals, and targeting.

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

  • Strong understanding of PPC, paid social strategies, audience segmentation, and performance marketing.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and X Ads Manager.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Experience with conversion tracking, retargeting strategies, and pixel implementation.

  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative development.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
