YOUR MISSION
Weโre looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Ads to lead Glovoโs advertising business. You will be responsible for building and executing our Ads strategy, scaling revenue streams, and driving innovation in how partners leverage our platform to grow. This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
THE JOURNEY
- Define and lead Glovoโs Ads strategy to maximize revenue and deliver measurable value to partners
- Develop go-to-market plans for new ad products and features in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams
- Own P&L responsibility for the Ads business unit, including forecasting, pricing, and profitability
- Drive partner adoption of Glovo Ads through data-backed performance insights and ROI storytelling
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep Glovo at the forefront of retail media innovation
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Experience: 4+ years in digital advertising, retail media, or marketplace monetization, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Commercial Skills: Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing large-scale ad operations
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable ad strategies
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data to inform decision-making and measure success
- Languages: Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
