What you’ll do…

The Programmatic team is part of the commercial operations division and supports Futureโ€™s ad stack comprising of ad servers and header bidding programmatic set up. The main focus is to monetize via programmatic and biddable revenue channels across Futureโ€™s portfolio of digital brands. We are seeking a Partner Manager, Programmatic to join our growing team. In this individual contributor role, you will manage a portfolio of ad tech partners including SSPs, DSPs, Data, and ID vendors. You will work with our teams, such as Ad Operations, Product, Ad Tech, Yield, and Analytics, to ensure the successful optimization of revenue opportunities from these partners. You will report to the Head of Global Programmatic Strategy.

  • Manage relationships with a diverse portfolio of programmatic ad tech partners (SSPs, DSPs, Data, and ID vendors) to maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations, Yield, Product, and Analytics teams to monitor and improve the total RPM from partners.
  • Lead Supply Path Optimization (SPO) strategies, including managing Prebid/header bidding integrations.
  • Review and interpret technical integration documentation, ensuring successful implementations and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with the legal department to review partner contracts and collaborate with the data protection team on Data Processing Agreements (DPA) to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  • ย Analyze data using Excel/Google Sheets to track performance metrics and provide relevant insights for optimization.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

  • 5-7 years of experience in the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
  • Experience with programmatic concepts such as SPO, Prebid, and header bidding.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with legal and data protection teams on contracts and compliance matters.
  • Occasional travel to attend conferences and industry events.

Please note, the salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000

This is a Hybrid role from our New York Office, working three days from the office, two from home
