They are looking for a Global Payroll Implementation Manager to lead the successful implementation of clients on the global payroll system.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and international regulations, and be able to guide most essential clients through the critical payroll onboarding process.

The Implementation Project Manager will work autonomously, setting priorities and managing projects. They will provide regular status reports to senior leadership and take ownership of escalating issues as needed. Weekly client calls will be scheduled to report on project status, risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.

  • クライアントの給与プロセスを定義し、給与およびデータ要件を確立する
  • プロジェクト計画やステータスレポートなどの詳細なドキュメントを維持する
  • インターフェースやレポートを設定し、並行およびライブ給与の実施を成功させる
  • 給与に関する主な連絡窓口として活動し、クライアントと協力してプロジェクト完了を確認し、特定のニーズを文書化する
  • グローバル給与システムのエンドツーエンドの実施をリードし、期限内かつ予算内での納品を保証する
  • クライアントから必要な給与要件を収集し、技術的側面をガイドする
  • 人事および財務チームと連携し、地域および国際法に準拠する給与ニーズを満たす
  • 旧システムから新給与システムへのデータ移行を監督し、正確性とセキュリティを確保する
  • 円滑な移行のための問題を特定し解決するテスト計画を作成する
  • 従業員および人事チームのスムーズな移行を確保するための変更管理戦略を実施する

候補者要件

  • グローバル給与実施における5年以上の実績および日本の給与運用における5年以上の経験

  • さまざまな給与システムやソフトウェアに関する経験

  • 日本の給与プロセスとコンプライアンスに関する強固な知識

  • 日本語および英語に堪能なこと

  • プロジェクト管理の認定資格(例:PMP)があれば尚可

  • 優れたコミュニケーションおよび協調スキル

  • 人材管理、経営学、または関連分野の学士号(修士号があれば尚可)
