We are seeking a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit Internship Placement Manager. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for connecting students with quality internships across the globe by matching their goals with relevant companies and ensuring a smooth, impactful placement experience.
This role is hybrid for candidates based in Barcelona ( 3 days/week in office) and fully remote for those located elsewhere in Spain.
- Manage and execute the end-to-end internship placement process for 100+ students annually
- Source and maintain partnerships with host companies across various industries
- Ensure quality internship matches based on studentsâ academic, professional, and geographic preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Student Success, Sales, and Business Development
- Communicate regularly with companies and students before, during, and after internships
- Organize check-ins, resolve placement issues proactively, and minimize escalation
- Support internal documentation and CRM data accuracy
- Travel occasionally to meet company partners and attend events
What Weâre Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or similar placement-focused roles
- Fluency in English and French is required
- Comfortable with CRM systems and data management
- Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with minimal need for supervision
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize and act independently under pressure
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Enthusiastic about working in a start-up-like environment with high expectations and low bureaucracy
