  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, analysis of results, and follow-up actions to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Perform other responsibilities within the scope of the role as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR/People & Culture/People Ops experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

  • Analytical mindset โ€” skilled at interpreting HR data, identifying trends, and making evidence-based recommendations that drive improvement.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain a high attention to detail.
  • Track record of fostering employee engagement and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, innovate, and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying current with HR trends and best practices.
