We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will focus on driving acquisition strategies, optimizing marketing channels, and supporting the growth of the company. As a rapidly evolving startup, we need someone adaptable, process-oriented, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
- Manage and optimize paid marketing channels, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
Channel Diversification:
- Explore and implement cost-efficient marketing channels such as brand partnerships, influencer marketing, and content seeding.
- Establish strong processes for outreach and engagement with potential partners and influencers.
- Develop creative solutions for scaling brand presence through diversified channels.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and other team members to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with video editors and Shopify developers to create engaging marketing content and optimize the e-commerce platform.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on marketing initiatives and performance metrics.
Process Optimization:
Design and implement efficient processes for marketing operations and campaign execution.
Continuously evaluate and improve marketing workflows to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Ensure alignment with the company’s evolving business strategy and growth goals.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a DTC brand or e-commerce setting.
Proven track record of managing paid media channels and achieving significant results in customer acquisition and brand growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
Strong process-oriented mindset for operational efficiency.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
