Position Overview
We’re on the hunt for a proactive and data-savvy Performance Marketing Specialist to take charge of our paid media campaigns across various platforms, including online marketplaces, with a focus primarily on Australia, UK, and US. If you love diving into data, setting up campaigns, and crafting strategies to drive growth, this role is perfect for you! We’re looking for someone who’s quick to spot challenges and even quicker to come up with smart, actionable solutions to boost performance.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok (nice to have) with a focus on customer acquisition and ROI.
- Manage performance marketing budgets with a strong emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Lead campaign planning and execution for priority markets: Australia (primary), followed by the UK and the USA.
- Analyze campaign performance across channels, generate actionable insights, and optimize based on key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.).
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, CRM, D2C, and Creative teams to ensure aligned messaging, cohesive customer journeys, and campaign success.
- Stay up to date on emerging media trends, algorithm changes, and industry benchmarks to keep Alpha-H competitive in the digital space.
- Prepare monthly reports and performance summaries to share with leadership and key stakeholders.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in D2C ecommerce or beauty/wellness industries.
- Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and ideally TikTok Ads.
- Proven track record of managing multi-market campaigns with measurable impact.
- Proficient in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
- Highly collaborative, able to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with various teams.
- Results-driven with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passionate about skincare and digital growth marketing.
