Finary is a hybrid remote company. Our talented team is currently based in France and across Europe. Our office is located in the heart of Paris, and we organize on-site every 6 weeks.

About the Role
At Finary, we’ve proven that we can profitably scale paid acquisition to over €XXk/month. Now, we’re looking to take it to the next level—and we’re hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the charge.
As the owner of all things paid acquisition, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing a world-class growth strategy. You’ll manage significant budgets across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, and beyond), lead experimentation across geographies and channels, and collaborate closely with our in-house creative team to produce high-performing ads.
This is your opportunity to join one of France’s most beloved personal finance apps (with 500k+ users and strong brand awareness) and help us go from 10 to 100. You’ll have a vast playground (web and app), a strong brand to build on, and full ownership of our paid growth machine.
You’d Be a Great Fit If You
Have 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns on web and app;
Have successfully scaled budgets to 6 figures monthly, and ideally across multiple geographies;
Live by KPIs and ROAS—you’re analytical and data-driven;
Are confident in auditing and optimizing tracking, ensuring clean and reliable attribution; Google Analytics and Mobile Measurement Platforms have no secret for you.
Are a creative thinker who can ideate and test new ad angles, formats, and targeting;
Collaborate seamlessly with designers, video editors, and stakeholders to craft converting creatives;
Have a strong interest in personal finance and are curious about Finary’s mission.
Bonus Points If You
Have experience with Amplitude, affiliate or influencer marketing
Have worked in mobile-first environments (apps, gaming, fintech, etc.);
Are comfortable leveraging AI & LLM tools to scale creative production or analysis;
Bring a “pirate mindset”: unconventional ideas, bold experiments, and sharp testing loops.
