Summary
The Performance Engineer/Tester is a 6-month contract position based in Austin or Dallas, TX. The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in performance testing with expertise in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and cloud-based architecture. They will be responsible for performance and reliability engineering, developing automation tools, and conducting capacity planning and risk assessment.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of Performance testing experience with Strong JMeter, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc
- Expertise in Performance Architecture & Tuning
- Good Knowledge on Application Cloud Migration & Micro Services Architecture
- Automation (preferably Python skills)
Responsibilities
- Identify and mitigate issues to prevent potential defects leak into production
- Develop cloud-based tooling and automation that significantly improved software engineering productivity and reliability, cost optimization, and operational excellence
- Orchestrate continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines that provide traceability and comprehensive test coverage
