What’s your role?
As a Platform Engineer, you build the systems that help our product teams move faster, safer, and with more confidence. You’ll work on internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and dev environments that just work—mostly built with Laravel.
You’ll join a small team focused on developer experience, where shaping vague ideas into working tools is part of the job. If you thrive in ambiguity, take ownership without waiting for specs, and love turning friction into flow, this role is for you.
Your day-to-day:
Design and build internal tools using PHP (Laravel)
Improve CI/CD pipelines and developer-facing infrastructure
Collaborate with engineers and PMs to identify friction and eliminate it
Explore ideas, experiment with solutions, and shape systems from scratch
Balance short-term improvements with long-term platform thinking
Requirements
What makes you a perfect fit?
Experience: You have 5+ years in software development in PHP, with expertise in architecture, system design, and coding best practices.
Knowledge: Solid backend fundamentals; familiarity with CI/CD is a plus
Mindset: You’re a curious self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments. You bring clarity to ambiguity, build with care, and take pride in your craft. Always learning, always improving, that’s how you work
Language: You work well in English, both written and spoken, in a distributed, international team
