About FinDock
Founded in 2014, we built our payment engine for Salesforce. We provide solutions to manage the entire payment lifecycle within Salesforce, handling payment processing, recovery, and reconciliation. Our platform balances customer payment experiences with operational efficiency by centralizing payment data in Salesforce.
We offer tools that let customers choose how, when, and where to pay: online, offline, or recurring. For operations teams, our platform provides control over reconciliation, recovery, and automation. We support integrating various global and local payment providers, including Adyen, Stripe, Checkout.com, Mollie, GoCardless, WorldPay, Apple Pay, SEPA, and iDEAL.
We serve over 370 customers, from nonprofits to large enterprises. Our platform processes over 100 million transactions and manages over $3 billion in revenue annually. We specialize in Fundraising CRM, Nonprofit, SEPA Direct Debit, BACS Direct Debit, Payment Orchestration, Recurring Payments, and Payments Management on Salesforce. Our solution benefits IT, Finance, Support, Sales & Marketing, and Operations by simplifying integrations, automating reconciliation, improving customer support, enhancing marketing insights, and protecting recurring revenue. We operate globally across Europe and North America.
