We founded SportsRecruits in 2008 as a sports recruiting network based in New York City, operating in the technology and internet industries.
We provide a platform and tools to connect student-athletes, colleges, clubs, and high schools during the college recruiting process. Student-athletes can create profiles, gain exposure to college coaches, and commit to collegiate programs. Colleges use the platform to search for potential recruits and post their roster needs. Club and high school organizations use SportsRecruits to help their athletes navigate the recruiting process.
Our EventBeacon product helps event operators with implementation and adoption. Colleges have viewed athletes over 21 million times, leading to over 74,000 commitments. More than 17,000 college roster needs have been posted. Over 400,000 athletes and 2,000 club and high school organizations use our network daily. We have powered online recruiting for 16 years.
Our development involves a modern technology stack: Vue.js for the frontend, Laravel for APIs, React Native for mobile apps, Python, and AWS. Features include in-browser video editing with computer vision.
