Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, plan, and implement identity and access management solutions
- Design, configure, and customize PingFederate and PingAccess to meet business requirements
- Integrate IAM systems with various applications, databases, and directories
- Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal functionality
- Develop and implement access control policies and practices
- Monitor and analyze access and identity data to identify and mitigate potential security risks
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues in a timely manner
- Provide guidance and support to team members on IAM best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance IAM capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Ping Identity and Access Manager Architect
- Deep understanding of identity and access management concepts
- Strong knowledge of Ping Identity products, including PingFederate and PingAccess preferred
- Experience with SSO, MFA, and other IAM protocols and technologies preferred
- Familiarity with cloud identity solutions is a preferred
- Relevant certifications such as Ping Identity Certified Professional (PCIP) preferred
