On behalf of our client, a globally recognized leader in the jewelry industry, we are looking for a Polish-speaking Customer Support Representative. Our client creates and delivers timeless, high-quality jewelry pieces that inspire self-expression and are cherished by millions of customers worldwide.
As part of their growing customer experience team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers, ensuring a premium brand experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and order-related inquiries.
Accurately log interactions and ensure follow-up is timely and effective.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge at all times.
Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Fluency in Polish and good command of English (spoken and written).
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with technology and remote tools.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
Salary: 1.260 euros gross/monthly
