On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team, with the flexibility to work from home in Serbia. Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools

  • Meet personal/customer service team targets

  • Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints

  • Communicate promptly, professionally and effectively with customers, utilizing all communication methods – including email, phone and webchat

  • Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined departmental service level targets

  • Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with the Product teams

  • Native or near native Spanish speaker

  • B2-level English

  • Passion for customer support, competitive and a risk-taker

  • At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training

  • Previous experience on customer sector will be considered positively

  • Salary: 1.182 euros gross/monthly
