Responsibilities
Identify and assess customersβ needs
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
Meet personal/customer service team targets
Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints
Communicate promptly, professionally and effectively with customers, utilizing all communication methods β including email, phone and webchat
Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined departmental service level targets
Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with the Product teams
Native or near native Spanish speaker
B2-level English
Passion for customer support, competitive and a risk-taker
At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training
Previous experience on customer sector will be considered positively
Salary: 1.182 euros gross/monthly
