Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mid Power Platform engineer to join our team for a pool of projects from a variety of industries (finance, automotive, manufacturing, etc.). You will be tasked with the design and implementation of software products for ongoing business projects, focusing on building and modifying Power Platform solutions to meet new requirements, improving performance, and fixing errors. The role involves collaboration with the project team, architects, and managers, providing a balance between productive work and learning under the guidance of senior colleagues. The engineer will assist junior colleagues and is expected to grow in task autonomy and decision-making within project design.
The Power Platform Engineer receives guidance from Chapter Subject Matter Experts on technical mastery as well as from their assigned Career Coach on career development planning. They also support knowledge sharing by co-creating assets to be published through Chapter channels.
Responsibilities:
Design & Deploy → Lead the end-to-end development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps solutions, applying ALM best practices and solution-aware flows.
Automate Workflows → Build and optimize Power Automate cloud and desktop flows—including error handling, pagination, and custom connectors—to eliminate manual tasks.
Visualize Insights → Create interactive Power BI reports and dashboards using DAX, dataflows, and shared datasets to provide real-time business intelligence.
Manage Data → Configure Dataverse entities and integrate with SharePoint, SQL Server, and Azure Services (Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault) for robust data management.
Govern & Secure → Implement platform governance, role-based security models, and compliance policies to safeguard organizational data.
Collaborate & Mentor → Partner with stakeholders, architects, and junior engineers to define reusable templates, document design patterns, and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proven expertise in Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and integrating Azure Services (Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault).
- Strong skills in algorithms, data structures, data transformation, integration, databases querying and development best practices.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g. Power Platform Developer Associate or Functional Consultant).
- Background in RPA/Power Automate Desktop, REST APIs, and custom connector development.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
Experience writing Office Scripts (TypeScript) for in-workbook validation and transformation, Python for automation and C# for the development of serverless functions.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative tooling (Azure DevOps, Git).
The Power Platform Engineer will receive ongoing mentorship from Chapter Subject Matter Experts and career coaching, while contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization.

Enjoy our holistic benefits program that covers the four pillars that we believe come together to support our wellbeing, covering social, physical, emotional wellbeing, as well as work-life fusion.
- Physical Wellbeing: Our wellbeing program includes medical benefits, gym support, and personalised fitness options for an active lifestyle, complemented by team events and the Healthy Habits Club.
- Work-Life Fusion: In very dynamic industries such as IT, the line between our professional and personal lives can quickly become blurred. Having a one-size-fits-one approach gives us the flexibility to define the work-life dynamic that works for us.
- Emotional Wellbeing: We believe that to maintain our overall health, we need to invest in our mental wellbeing just as much as we do in our physical health, social connections or in achieving work-life balance.
- Social Wellbeing: As a growing community in a hybrid environment, we want to ensure we remain connected not just by the great work we do every day but through our passions and interests.
