Are you a Google Ads expert who thrives on scaling B2C performance campaigns with speed, precision, and profitability? Do you want full ownership of multi-product, multi-country campaigns with €100K+/daily budgets — while also shaping the PPC team of the future?
We’re a fast-moving, fully remote SaaS company with over 100 team members across Europe, operating a portfolio of high-volume subscription-based B2C products used by millions of users. We’re looking for a PPC Lead to build, run, and scale aggressive Google Search campaigns from day one — fully hands-on.
This is not a strategy-only role. You’ll be executing every aspect: keyword research, ad creation, bid strategies, A/B testing, and deep analytics. But you’ll also shape the systems, define the playbooks, and eventually help grow the team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple geographies, including account creation, campaign structure, and localization strategy.
Ensure all campaigns are fully compliant with Google Ads policies, including ad content, landing page experience, business verification, and industry-specific restrictions.
Proactively monitor account health and maintain high compliance standards to prevent suspensions or disapprovals.
Build and scale high-budget Google Search campaigns (€150k +/day) with a strong focus on ROI, CAC, and payback period. Constant account optimization to reach performance KPI
Conduct ongoing A/B tests on creatives, targeting, bidding and other strategies to optimize performance.
Analyze performance data using Google Ads, GA4, and internal tools to drive continuous improvement and strategic insight.
Establish scalable internal processes and documentation to support long-term account growth and team expansion.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, localization, analytics, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and compliant across markets.
6+ years of proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong performance marketing focus.
Proven success in creating and managing Google Ads accounts across multiple countries, with familiarity in geo-specific compliance and localization strategies.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads policies, including disallowed content, restricted verticals, and account-level compliance (e.g. business verification, identity, ad destination rules).
Demonstrated ability to manage large daily budgets on performance-oriented products (at least €20k daily spend) with a track record of ROI-positive campaign scaling.
Experience with B2C subscription-based funnels and short decision cycles.
Strong analytical skills and fluency in tools like Google Ads, GA4, and spreadsheets (Looker Studio, SQL, or GTM is a plus).
Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
Highly detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate compliance risks before they escalate.
