iKnowHow Group is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions group of companies operating internationally for approximately 23 years.

iKnowHow utilizes state-of-the-art technologies and handles end-to-end internal and external project development, from conception to completion. The second pillar of the group is our Robotics & Innovation division, which focuses on the design and production of customized robots.

We are now looking for Procurement Specialist to handle the coordination and execution of tasks related to the management of procurement demand requests, through thorough cost/benefit analysis based on the evaluation of the request specifications and the verification of approved budget availability in a new challenging outsourced project in Banking Sector.

Your Day will Look like:

  • Ensure communication with the Bank’s various units to adequately gather information, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for the proper evaluation of procurement requests

  • Be responsible for preparing proposals and reports to the Director and the relevant approval bodies regarding feasibility approvals, budget utilization, and the overall value of procurement requests managed by the department at both Bank and Group level

  • Categorizing requests based on whether they fall under consumption rules or require feasibility approval

  • Receiving feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses from the relevant Bank units or Group companies

  • Providing cost data to the appropriate units for the preparation of feasibility studies

  • Assessing, approving/rejecting requests, or submitting feasibility studies to the appropriate approval bodies depending on current authorization limits

  • Analyze categories of procurement expenses for goods and services under their management, and draft and propose consumption rules to the Director for the requested expenditures

  • University degree, preferably in science or economics

  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement and cost monitoring is essential.

  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with Bank systems (SAP ERP, SRM, etc.)

  • Proficient in both written and spoken communication
