Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with home setup team to ensure all items are ordered, delivered, and any returns are tracked
  • Curating Wander branded high-quality products from vendors overseas to lower our costs
  • Managing shipment of these products to be delivered to a warehouse and then stocked into every property
  • Ordering furniture & supplies to a new property that’s coming online. Working hand in hand with others on the Wander ops team to ensure everything arrives on time and is within budget
  • Working alongside virtual interior designers to ensure all furniture is ordered & within budget
  • Preparing budget setups for properties and tracking against actuals
  • Managing returns when products do not fit or are not necessary
  • Managing inventory for each property, re-ordering necessities when needed
