- The ability to bring folks along with your way of thinking, both clients and colleagues
- The ability to think both systematically and poetically. Comfort dabbling in both imagination and logic
- Experience understanding research and data and using them to inform your thinking
Responsibilities
- Meticulous visual design
- An understanding of motion and other surrounding visual disciplines
- An understanding of how code works, if not the ability to write code yourself
- Prototyping. You find ways to bring your ideas to life to inspire others to follow and share your vision
