The Project:
We’re looking for a Product Designer to join a flagship project for a top-tier Silicon Valley VC firm managing multi billion dollars in assets. This is a high-impact role on a mission-critical product: a robust analytics and reporting platform that helps early-stage startups—and their investors—make smarter, faster, data-driven decisions.
You’ll lead the design of intuitive, insight-rich interfaces that turn complex financial data into clarity. From dashboards and benchmarking tools to forecasting scenarios and board-ready reports, your work will directly shape how founders, investors, and partners understand performance and plan for growth.
You’ll be part of a senior, cross-functional team (engineering, QA, DevOps, delivery) using a modern stack and lean, collaborative processes .

Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in an ongoing delivery process and collaborating closely with client and the engineering team
- Identifying client requirements via workshops, discovery sessions and user interviews
- Designing user journey, mockups and application interfaces
- Maintaining the design system
What’s important for us?
- Experience in designing data-driven web applications, preferably for finance
- Excellent command of Figma and Zeplin
- Excellent English
- Proactive and consultative approach
- Knowledge and adherence to best the practices of design and usability
- Sense of aesthetics
- Attention to detail
- Availability for late afternoon calls (1-2 times a week)
