From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer, Design Systems to take the lead in defining, shaping and evolving Limble’s Design System across both mobile and web platforms. In this role, you’ll own the design system end-to-end, defining, designing and scaling our components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure a cohesive, accessible, and high-quality experience across all our products.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced design leader who’s passionate about design systems, thrives at the intersection of B2B mobile and web product design, and brings a solid understanding of front-end development. You’ll collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and our marketing and brand teams to build intuitive, scalable solutions that elevate the Limble experience.

If you love systems thinking, enjoy working cross-functionally, and are excited by the challenge of building and scaling a design system from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.

How you’ll make an impact

Define & Establish the Design System

  • Take ownership of Limble’s Design System, building, evolving, and scaling it across all products and platforms.

  • Establish Figma libraries, enabling teams to create consistent, reusable UI components that work cross-platform ( iOS, Android, Web/Desktop).

  • Define and document components, patterns, and best practices in close collaboration with product designers, engineers, and the marketing/brand team.

  • Partner with engineers to create and maintain a strong design-to-code workflow, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.

  • Own timelines, deliverables, and outcomes, while always looking for ways to improve.

Drive Accessibility & Inclusivity

  • Ensure accessibility and usability are core to the system, making Limble’s products inclusive for all users.

  • Provide a framework for accessibility in both the design and development process, ensuring accessibility is a core part of Limble’s product experience.

Champion & Scale Design System Adoption

  • Scale the design system through polished UI, thoughtful interaction patterns, and well-crafted animations and motion.

  • Establish governance that supports consistency while giving teams the flexibility to move quickly and efficiently.

  • Provide design system governance, balancing flexibility and consistency across multiple teams.

  • Champion adoption of the design system across teams, mentoring and supporting others to get the most from it.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product and UI design, with a strong focus on design systems and scalable solutions.

  • Deep expertise in Figma, including creating and managing design libraries, tokens, documentation, and modern design tooling.

  • Proven ability to create high-quality designs across iOS, Android, and web/desktop platforms, with an understanding of mobile and desktop patterns and best practices.

  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, product, and brand teams.

  • Solid grasp of front-end development concepts, component libraries, and design-to-code workflows.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you simplify complex design ideas and influence across teams.

  • A data-informed mindset, using research and analytics to guide design decisions and evolve the system.

  • A portfolio showcasing impactful contributions to design systems, component architecture, and user interface frameworks.

Portfolio Requirement: Please include a portfolio that highlights design systems you’ve built from the ground up or significantly contributed to. We’re especially interested in understanding your process: from initial planning through to implementation and documentation. Include artifacts such as style guides, component libraries, usage guidelines, or any other relevant materials that demonstrate your role in the system’s development.
