The Role

As a Product Manager on the Core Banking and Processing team at OnePay, you’ll build the financial infrastructure that powers everything at OnePay – from storing money, to moving it, to facilitating payments, to making sure every penny is accounted for.  This is a critical role at the foundation of our platform and your work will directly impact our ability to scale securely and reliably. You will:

  • Define and drive the roadmap for systems related to ledgering, balance management, core processing, core banking, and money movement

  • Write clear, detailed product specs, requirements, and KPIs to guide implementation

  • Lead initiatives across ACH, wire, and card payment rails, including integrations and rule logic

  • Partner with critical vendors to jointly create and manage a roadmap  to support current and future OnePay capabilities, features and  products

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, operations, and finance to design scalable and auditable systems

You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in Finance, Fintech or Payment domain

  • Deep understanding of money movement, ledgers, and payment networks.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills — you can work cross-functionally with engineers, compliance, and business teams to explain and deliver complex systems

  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability; you sweat the edge cases

  • Experience with transactional systems, reconciliation processes, and high-reliability product environments

Pay Transparency

The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $220,000. Pay is generally based upon the level, complexity, responsibility, location and job duties / requirements of the specific position.
