Inspiration Mobility Group

We were founded in 2021 as an asset management platform. We develop, invest in, own, and operate real assets to decarbonize transportation. These assets include electric vehicles, charging and energy infrastructure, and real estate.

We provide solutions for the electric economy through businesses like Inspiration Fleet, an electric fleet management company (eFMC™), and Inspiration Energy, which develops high-speed, commercial charging sites. We help businesses select, finance, integrate, and deploy EV equipment, software, and solutions. We also offer a free EV Opportunity Assessment. Our goal is to help clients lower costs, increase reliability, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

We operate in North America, serving commercial fleets of various types and sizes, vehicle and charging OEMs, real estate owners, and climate-focused investors. Our expertise includes Investment Management, Real Estate, Finance, Infrastructure, Renewables, Financial Services, Fleet Management, Investment, Auto Finance, Electric Vehicles, Emissions Reduction, ESG, and Sustainability. We are backed by investors including Macquarie, Arclight, and Ferrovial.

Our mission is to speed up the electric vehicle (EV) transition to decarbonize commercial transportation. We aim to avoid 10 megatons of CO2 emissions by 2030.

We have over 60 employees. We operate as a hybrid organization, with our headquarters in Washington, DC, and a second office in New York City. Other team members are located remotely across the country. For office-based teams, the typical work week includes working in the office from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
