The Opportunity:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to lead our Shopping & Bidding team. This critical role will focus on delivering intuitive, effective, and trustworthy buyer experiences that support our core auction marketplace. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution of features that help users discover, evaluate, and confidently bid on assets.
What You’ll Do:
Own the product roadmap for the shopping and bidding experience on rbauction.com
Drive discovery, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives that increase buyer engagement, conversion, and bidding activity
Deeply understand the buyer journey and solve for usability, trust, and transparency at every stage
Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and marketing to deliver seamless and high-performing experiences
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, sales, customer support, and auctions to align priorities and ensure business goals are met
Leverage data (BigQuery, Snowflake, GA4) to analyze user behavior and make informed product decisions
Champion experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement
What You Bring:
4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace environment
Strong understanding of buyer-facing products with a track record of launching impactful features
Experience with shopping flows, bidding mechanics, or auction models is a strong plus
Proven success working across multiple stakeholder groups with exceptional communication and influence
Analytical and data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using product analytics tools
Comfortable working in agile environments with cross-functional product teams
Ability to think strategically while rolling up your sleeves to get things done
Nice to Have:
Experience with heavy equipment, e-commerce, or auction industries
Familiarity with enterprise-scale marketplaces and international user bases
