So, what’s the role all about?
NICE is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Design OPS& Research to support our growing UX Design team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience in managing design operations at scale. You’ll work closely with designers, users, product managers, and developers to lead and coordinate Design governance, projects and governance. Improve Design and research quality and efficiency, and support high-quality design delivery.
How will you make an impact?
- Plan, research and lead the execution of Design projects and initiatives across multiple teams, apps and Design assets
- Collaborate with Design stakeholders to audit, identify and prioritize Design and research needs and opportunities
- Support the planning of Design roadmap and work plans, track progress, schedules and delivery, and maintain structured documentation and repositories for ongoing projects
- Track, analyze and support the improvement of Design KPIs and operational metrics
- Assist with resources utilization optimization and team capacity tracking
- Support the implementation of Design and Agile work processes and best practices
- Plan, conduct, and analyze user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods across research platforms and systems
- Translate research insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Support usability testing, customer interviews, surveys, and field studies
Have you got what it takes?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Design, or a related field
- 2 years of hands-on experience conducting user research
- 1–2 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with common UX research methods and tools
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of design operations and research
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
- Familiarity with Figma
- Basic understanding of Agile or project management methodologies
- A proactive, can-do attitude with high attention to details
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
You will have an advantage if you also have:
- Experience working with enterprise software or B2B platforms
