Program Support for Promotional Products is responsible for the execution of tasks assigned to launch and maintain programs in the platforms to exceed and enhance client satisfaction. The Program Support will assist the Program Manager and in day-to-day tasks, as well as with the placement of orders, refunds, exchanges and other queries in the BrightSites or future platforms. The PS should be comfortable resolving customer complaints via phone or email. The PS will provide client reporting in designated cadence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in the order entry and tracking process in Facilis.

Provide immediate feedback to the Program Manager as needed regarding service failures or customer concerns.

Communicate clearly with, and provide effective direction to, the warehouse and partners.

Expedite and effectively respond to customer service emails.

Adhere to SOP’s.

Update client stores as needed.

Assist in preparation of client reporting.

Major Activities and % of Time:

Support to Launch/Maintain sites 45%

Inventory management, Order Management 20%

Client platform assistance 10%

Reporting 10%

Order discrepancy resolution 15%

Preferred:

3 years of experience in website product maintenance

Experience in the Promotional Products Industry.

Knowledge of software tools - Salesforce, Facilis, Microsoft 365 applications, Excel

Required: Experience in Promotional Product Industry

· Ability to manage and prioritize a multitude of projects simultaneously.

· Strong time management and organization skills.

· Highly communicative. Excellent spoken and written English.

· Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve.

· Professional demeanor, high integrity and honest

· Analytical and logical. High attention to detail.

· Own equipment and wired internet with backup  (Ryzen 3/i3 with 8GB RAM/ minimum of 30 mbps)

· Can work full time, long term, contractual and available during CST.
