Job description
The Project Coordinator will be a member of the PMO Team, reporting to the Manager, Project Management. The Project Coordinator leads execution & change management of projects. The Project Coordinator is a critical role within the organization, and is primarily responsible for successfully executing change management processes and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assists Project Managers with release coordination activities.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follows-up on action items between team meetings and ensure accountability of team members.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Executes upon change management processes and procedures.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Interfaces with IT organization to ensure alignment throughout the organization.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identifies project deliverable risks by monitoring development team sprint progress against project delivery dates and escalates to Project Manager when appropriate.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Deep technology skill set.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Understands Change Management best practices.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Advanced knowledge within Jira & Smartsheet
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project
