Compensation

Base Salary: $90,000–$115,000

Incentives: 10% Annual Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Match, and More)

Apex Growth is hiring a Project Manager to drive operational clarity and delivery excellence across our client services organization. This role exists to reduce executional friction, uphold scope accountability, and ensure seamless coordination across Strategic Growth Leads (SGLs), Creative Strategy, and Analytics pods.

You’ll operate at the intersection of project management, marketing ops, and account coordination—helping scale how we execute, optimize how we plan, and bring structure to complex, multi-stakeholder engagements. This role reports to the VP of Operations and plays a critical part in ensuring high-functioning, well-aligned delivery across teams.

What You Will Own

Sprint & Delivery Coordination

  • Run cross-functional sprint cadences using Motion AI and Asana

  • Own delivery calendars and internal timelines across growth, creative, and analytics pods

  • Maintain sprint velocity, track blockers, and reinforce rituals and prioritization

SOW Oversight & Client Fulfillment

  • Track deliverables from client sign-on through contract end

  • Ensure all deliverables align with contract scope; escalate misalignments early

  • Partner with VP of Ops to enforce delivery standards and protect margin

MBR/QBR Planning & Coordination

  • Lead preparation and internal alignment for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Ensure timely routing, task completion, and material readiness across pod leads

Account Support & AR Oversight

  • Liaise with the Finance team on invoicing QA, AR tracking, and deliverable validation

  • Support alignment between billed deliverables and actual project fulfillment

Team Capacity & Engagement Ops

  • Monitor pod capacity and proactively surface bandwidth risks

  • Integrate allocation planning into team workflows

  • Support hiring plans and team engagement efforts with the VP of Ops

Internal Ops & PM Infrastructure

  • Maintain and evolve templates, checklists, and SOPs for sprint hygiene

  • Assist in tool evaluations and implementation (Motion AI, Loom, Google Workspace)
