Founded in 1979, we are an integrated science, engineering, design-build, and operations company specializing in water and environmental projects. Our approach combines experience across many disciplines to deliver tailored solutions. We partner with clients, focusing on their priorities to provide specific project outcomes. We offer services including contract operations, water, wastewater, stormwater, manufacturing processes, civil engineering, remediation, instrumentation, controls, packaging, sustainability, compliance, planning, resiliency, water reuse, groundwater, construction management, design-build, funding, SCADA, operations & management, drinking water, and reclamation. Our project work also covers water resources modeling and planning, drinking water treatment and distribution systems, industrial water and wastewater design, and SCADA system support and upgrades. We have 1,000-5,000 employees in the environmental services industry.
