Job description
We’re a full-funnel B2B marketing agency helping tech companies align brand, data, digital experience, and pipeline gen into scalable go-to-market systems. We don’t just deliver; we lead. And we’re looking for a strategic, detail-obsessed Project Manager who can do the same.
The Role
As a Project Manager at Digital Reach, you won’t just keep the trains running on time—you’ll also help lay the track. You’ll lead projects across paid media and creative teams, while also helping manage relationships with some of the smartest B2B brands in the game. You’ll own project timelines, anticipate roadblocks, and align resources to help our clients implement strategy.
What You’ll Do
Manage cross-functional projects from kickoff to completion
Be a strategic partner to clients—translating business goals into actionable project plan
Own and manage Asana project boards with a deep emphasis on organization
Partner with internal teams to deliver results on time and in scope
Support strategic conversations with clients. This role may be asked to serve in an account management capacity for some engagements.
Translate campaign insights and performance into actionable next steps
Keep stakeholders aligned and informed at every step—no surprises, no silos
Identify and mitigate project risks before they become roadblocks
3+ years of project management experience—preferably in a B2B marketing agency
Fluent in Asana—you don’t just “know it,” you live in it
Strong strategic chops—you’re not just a PM, you think like an Account Manager and a strategist
Familiarity with campaigns—you don’t need to build a campaign, but you need to speak the language of paid media, creative, and marketing in general.
Excellent communication skills—you can tailor your tone to an engineer, a CMO, or your grandma
Obsessed with timelines, scope, and quality—but flexible when it counts
Comfortable managing 3-6 client accounts at once
Experience in B2B SaaS industries
Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
Background in digital marketing or demand generation
We value a healthy work-life balance, and you’ll find it rare that anyone is working more than 40 hours a week (and we highly discourage working after hours and weekends)
Unlimited PTO policy, maternity/paternity leave, health benefits, 401k plan + matching, and a workstation reimbursement policy.
Eligible for commission based on client growth (important: this is not a sales role. But, if your clients love your work so much that they want to grow their partnership with us, we’ll reward you!)
We make an effort to create a community-oriented and friendly work environment even though our entire team is remote - our general Slack channel gets bombarded with GIFs regularly and we try to organize frequent in-person meetups.
No micromanaging. The only way remote work is successful and efficient is if we all trust each other to do our work. You’ll have a lot of autonomy, so if you’re the kind of person who needs micromanaging, this role is not for you.
Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000/year (depending on experience)
