Summary

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of relevant industry research and development type project management experience
- Possess project management skills such as research analysis, complex project decomposition and planning, risk identification and handling, resource coordination, and virtual team organization
- Strong learning ability and self-motivation, familiar with common software development processes and related IT knowledge
- Strong teamwork consciousness and management skills, proactive, good communication and coordination abilities, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, high stress resistance, and good professional ethics
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle: requirement clarification, scheduling, execution, monitoring, change management, release, and closure, responsible for the successful delivery of projects
- Implement and standardize project management processes, and improve existing processes
- Identify and resolve risks in the project, provide reasonable solutions, and actively promote organizational process improvement and efficiency enhancement
Preferred Qualifications
Possess PMP or CSM certifications (preferred)
