About the Team
The WeLink IT organization is a small, but very rapidly growing team of nerds, inventors, data champions, and makers that aren’t afraid to tackle hard problems. The IT and Business Application teams are responsible for the systems and applications that power our growth and stability engines.
Job Summary
WeLink is currently seeking an IT Project Manager within the WeLink IT organization to oversee the business applications. As we scale, we look to use and integrate best in class business applications to fulfill specific needs. (For example Salesforce as our CRM, NetSuite for financials and inventory management). This job will help lead the company in selecting, integrating and utilizing various business applications to empower WeLink.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and tickets for software administrators and engineers to work on
- Manage project timelines, priorities and communicate frequently those expectations with the business
- Assist the business with change management as new features are released
- Be a partner with the business in all decision making. The primary objective should be to provide great customer experiences and then balance that against other objectives
- Drive the product vision for how our business applications function and integrate with custom applications
- Ruthlessly prioritize and manage intake to ensure we work on the highest priority tasks
Qualifications
- Working knowledge with Salesforce CRM, Chargebee Billing and Monday project management tools
- 3+ years project, program and/or product management experience
- 3+ experience managing IT and Business Applications
- Experience managing and directing IT teams
- In-depth understanding of Agile product development methodologies
- Confident in preparing for and handling challenging business discussions
- Ability to communicate clearly throughout all levels and disciplines in the organization

- Experience with the internet service providers, Netsuite, and Celigo
