Are you a highly organized and proactive project manager who thrives in cross-functional environments? We’re looking for someone to lead and support SEO, Paid, and Indirect Sales initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage complex marketing projects that involve SEO, Paid, and Indirect Sales (B2B2C)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (3+ departments) to ensure alignment and execution
- Plan and drive project lifecycles—from scope to delivery and post-review
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Represent marketing teams in strategic meetings
- Support the performance, alignment, and wellbeing of cross-functional team members
- Collaborate on hiring, onboarding, development, and feedback processes
- Drive efficient communication, task scoping, and resource planning
- Track and report on OKRs, KPIs, and strategic milestones
- Partner with developers and product teams on technical implementation needs
Core Requirements
- Strong experience managing multi-department marketing projects
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, or Indirect Sales is a strong plus
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Comfortable making decisions, setting priorities, and supporting team performance
- A collaborative mindset with leadership qualities
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2900 - 4400 EUR/Month
