About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented R&D Delivery Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic R&D department. In this role, you will play a key role in improving the visibility, accuracy and efficiency of time reporting and delivery tracking across multiple Agile teams. You will support coordination activities, ensure data-driven decision-making through detailed reporting, and help maintain strong alignment across engineering teams.

What you will do:

  • Monitor and improve time logging statistics across 6+ R&D teams.

  • Coordinate and support cross-functional team activities and timelines.

  • Work closely with the Delivery manager and Scrum masters to prepare progress and time status reports.

  • Identify and resolve gaps in time reporting processes, ensuring high data quality.

  • Contribute to the preparation of delivery metrics, KPIs, and release planning.

  • Establish a visible and consistent process for time reporting across all teams.

  • Provide operational support to help teams stay on track and aligned with delivery goals

  • Partner with delivery leadership to enhance reporting dashboards and tools

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a project coordinator roles or similar in a software development environment

  • Advanced Excel: Strong skills in pivot tables, formulas, and data cleaning

  • Azure DevOps and Monday.com: Hands-on experience with task tracking and project reporting.

  • Data Management: Comfortable collecting, analyzing, and interpreting time and progress data

  • English skills: advanced written and spoken

  • Power BI: Experience building and maintaining interactive dashboards; would be a big plus
