Rehab is a pain. So much so that only 10% of qualifying heart patients attend, which results in complications for patients and at least $190B in excess costs. At Carda Health, we have reimagined the care model for heart and lung patients. Our program allows patients to complete engaging, compassionate, and life-saving therapy from home, virtually.

You love digging into the weeds of financial operations, and ideally have experience with a healthcare company. At the same time you are able to see the bigger picture and prioritize work streams accordingly. What will you do?
As RCM Manager, you will …
Be responsible for hitting the percentage paid targets set by the company.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle, including billing, coding, claims submission, and collections.
Oversee the accuracy of patient billing information and ensure timely submission of claims to insurance providers.
Monitor accounts receivable, identify trends, and implement solutions to reduce denials and improve cash flow.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, billing guidelines, and coding standards.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline processes and improve patient satisfaction.
Provide leadership and training to the revenue cycle team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What we look for:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
- Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and electronic health record systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a remote work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines and a “roll up your sleeves” mindset to get any job done
- The ability to bring structure to ambiguous areas of opportunity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working at a high-growth technology or financial services company
- Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn
- Experience in data visualization and dashboarding
- Sage/Metabase or other equivalent application experience
