Neal R. Gross & Co. (NRGCO) is a Washington, DC based Court Reporting and Transcription company. We have been in business for over 40 years and provide verbatim court reporting and transcription services to a broad range of government and private clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Contract Recruiter to join our team. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts across various corporate functions
Location: Fully remote
Hours: 10-20 hours per week, flexible between Monday-Friday 9am-5pm ET
Contract Length: We have a need for an ongoing part-time recruiting support
Position Overview:
As a Part-time Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across our corporate functions, including but not limited to operations, finance, and sales. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and manage the interview process to a successful hire.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
Review applicants and source and attract top-tier talent through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks).
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Manage candidate feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers in collaboration with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a corporate environment or recruiting agency.
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Experience with remote recruiting and familiarity with virtual interview platforms.
Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Experience with legal field or professional services recruiting (preferred).
This is a contract position and compensation is commensurate with candidate’s experience.
