Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels and platforms to identify potential candidates for open positions
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and talent landscapes
- Resume Review and Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments
- Candidate Outreach: Engage with potential candidates through email, social media, and other communication channels
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process
- Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and Recruitment team to understand hiring needs and contribute ideas for improving the overall recruitment process
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with social media platforms and sourcing tools is a plus
