Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels and platforms to identify potential candidates for open positions
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and talent landscapes
  • Resume Review and Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments
  • Candidate Outreach: Engage with potential candidates through email, social media, and other communication channels
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and Recruitment team to understand hiring needs and contribute ideas for improving the overall recruitment process

Familiarity with social media platforms and sourcing tools is a plus
