At Reapra, our mission is to co-create industries for the betterment of society through Research and Practice. The way we do this is through a unique people centric business building approach that connects a founderβs self-understanding and long term systemic issue that the founder would like to resolve through their businesses. Reapra is currently looking for a Recruitment intern to support our search for potential internal members who resonate with our mission and industry building methodology.
What You Can Expect to Do
- Shortlist potential candidates by screening resumes and application forms
- Consolidate candidate information from Application Tracking System (ATS) platform and External Recruiters
- Schedule and follow up on interview schedules with screening team and candidates
- Communicate with internal members to identify improvements for the sourcing process
- Learn how to run screening interviews by first, supporting with interview notetaking and eventually practicing interviewing skills
- Work with internal members to understand organisationβs requirements and facilitate sourcing process
- Craft and plan events and/or workshops to increase candidate applications and improve quality of the sourcing process
- Develop written and/or video content for candidates to understand more about Reapra

Thrive in a remote work environment and can spend a minimum of 2 months (whether part time or full time) with us
Fluent in English
