Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM, Fully Remote
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to support our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you’ll support the full recruitment process—from sourcing candidates and maintaining accurate records to coordinating and conducting interviews to help identify top talent.
You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to help find the right candidates, provide a great experience for applicants, and keep things organized behind the scenes.
Candidate Sourcing
- Search for potential candidates online (e.g., LinkedIn, resume databases) and help build a pipeline for current and future roles.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process to keep them informed and engaged.
Candidate Screening
- Review resumes and applications to help identify qualified candidates.
- Support interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Reach out to previous applicants or referrals when new opportunities come up.
Database & Systems Support
- Maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Log notes and track applicant progress through the hiring stages.
- Assist in tracking key recruitment metrics.
Event & Outreach Assistance
- Help prepare for & attend in-person recruitment events like job fairs.
- Support outreach efforts to professional groups, and networks.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven 2+ years experience in a recruiting or HR specialist role (agency background preferred).
- Comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media for recruiting.
- Strong communication skills—especially professional email writing.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Knowledge of recruiting, HR systems, and talent acquisition best practices.
