As we expand our operations in the vibrant North Asian market, we are in search of an enthusiastic Business Development Recruiting Specialist (North Asia) who can drive our growth initiatives and help us achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and market trends within North Asia, allowing for informed outreach strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels including email, phone, and social media to develop business opportunities.
  • Customized Solutions: Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to present tailored recruitment solutions that address specific hiring challenges.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Execute effective sales strategies and campaigns aimed at driving lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM tools to track lead conversion and monitor performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Networking: Participate in industry events and professional gatherings to broaden your network and promote Substance’s offerings.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong drive to succeed in business development.

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment, preferably focused on the North Asian market.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese or Korean or Mandarin language.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform strategies.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively manage relationships with clients.
