Requirements

  • Degree/ ongoing Bachelor/Master's degree - Any
  • Has 1-3 years previous experience or interest in recruiting and the technology industry
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Have a hunger and natural thirst to be successful, to be the best, and motivated
  • Have a passion or interest in communicating with others
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Have a high level of comfort and confidence in communicating with engineers, managers, executives
  • Enjoy writing and have strong writing skills; we're not looking for a novelist, just someone who can write professional emails and feels comfortable writing catchy ads
  • Have the ability to multitask and prioritize your work

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs, organizational culture, and hiring demands
  • Analyze job requirements from clients to Identify clients’ needs according to discussions with clients
  • Provide clients with relevant and detailed candidate profiles and recommendations
  • Utilize multiple techniques (including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and cold calling) to source potential candidates
  • Identify passive candidates using intricate search methods, market mapping, and recruitment strategies
  • Conduct detailed interviews and technical assessments to understand candidates' qualifications, skills, and career goals
  • Maintain an ongoing pipeline of suitable candidates for various client requirements
  • Keep abreast of market trends in the tech industry, including salary rates, emerging skillsets, and hiring challenges
  • Design talent mapping strategies
  • Use insights to advise and align client and candidate expectations
  • Support Consultants to conduct labor market research and analyze the current talent pool
  • Regularly update candidate records and job postings in our applicant tracking system
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback sessions, and communication between candidates and clients
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, providing consultation, and preparation tips
