Job Title: Sales Manager - North America

Our client is a world-leading intelligent logistics equipment supplier and intelligent manufacturer that provides comprehensive solutions, including intelligent equipment for modern logistics and intelligent vision systems, sensors and key components for industrial applications. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on customer satisfaction, our client is expanding their footprint in North America and are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Team Leader to join the dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales Teams: Inspire and motivate sales teams to meet and exceed performance targets and objectives.

  • Effective Communication: Liaise with various departments at headquarters to ensure alignment in goals, strategies, and operational processes.

  • Business Expansion: Spearhead initiatives to drive market development and client acquisition across North America, identifying growth opportunities and executing strategic sales plans.

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through exceptional service and support.

  • Industry Experience: Two to five years extensive sales experience, with deep understanding of the material handling industry and a proven track record in market development.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including experience in team management and the ability to inspire and drive diverse teams towards common goals.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to effectively engage and influence client decision-makers at all levels.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Korean, or Mandarin Chinese is advantageous.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multicultural team.

  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel as needed and adapt to flexible working hours. Remote work options are available.
