Job description

We are looking for a Regional Commercial Leader to join the U.S. team of a fast-growing CRM solutions provider in the healthcare and life sciences sector. This is a remote role based in the USA, with occasional travel within the country (3–4 times per year). While the role is open to candidates across the U.S., preferred locations include Boston, New Jersey, or Florida for proximity to key partners and industry hubs.

The ideal candidate will be a Senior or strong Middle-level professional with a proven track record in CRM or software solution sales, ideally within the healthcare sector. Fluency in English is required, along with Ukrainian or Russian, as you’ll be working closely with a technical team based in Ukraine.

A critical success factor for this role is experience in co-selling through the AWS Marketplace or similar B2B platforms, as our go-to-market model includes joint selling opportunities with strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders (especially within pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations).

  • Identify target markets, conduct strategic analysis, and lead go-to-market initiatives.

  • Actively network within the healthcare tech industry to identify and win new business.

  • Represent the company at external conferences and industry events.

  • Stay informed about all products/services to support cross-selling and solution selling.

  • Analyze markets and build business plans for expansion and business development.

  • Monitor pipeline progress and ensure continuous development of customer accounts.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager or similar commercial role in an international product or software company;

  • Strong background in CRM solutions and/or healthcare software markets;

  • Demonstrated co-selling experience via AWS Marketplace or other B2B platforms;

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Team-oriented with a strategic mindset;

  • Fluent in English and either Ukrainian or Russian.
